January 26, 2022 – ISPG has been retained as the lead consultant on 6 new school formation projects since 2019. These projects are located in locations from Florida to the West Coast and involve Boarding, faith-based, college preparatory, and language immersion schools. Our services include but are not limited to: property negotiation and due diligence on the purchase, program development, key staff acquisition, government applications and approvals, enrollment management, organizational structuring, and governance.
